About The Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine
Since 1994, the Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM) has specialized in teaching manual therapy and, in 2019, received program accreditation for its Joint BSc (Hons) pathway from the Osteopathic Council of Ireland (OCI). This degree program is offered in collaboration with the University of Plymouth Marjon, a recognized osteopathic education provider in the UK with Recognised Qualification (RQ) status from the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC).
At ICOM, students complete a rigorous minimum of 1,000 clinical hours, which ensures they achieve the highest standards of professional osteopathic practice. ICOM proudly stands as the only accredited institution for osteopathic education in Ireland.
