Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine in Cork
The Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM) has been teaching manual therapy since 1994 and gained programme accreditation for its Joint BSc (Hons) pathway in 2019 from the Osteopathic Council of Ireland (OCI).
This programme, offered in partnership with the University of Plymouth Marjon, a UK Osteopathic provider that holds Recognised Qualification (RQ) status with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) .
ICOM’s students undergo a minimum of 1,000 clinical hours of hands-on training, ensuring they meet the highest professional standards in osteopathic practice.
ICOM remains the only accredited provider of osteopathic education in Ireland.
