Nathalie Rousseau

About Us

I am an experienced French osteopath with over 20 years of practice, specialising in functional and craniosacral osteopathy. I graduated with a BSc Honours in Osteopathy from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO), Maidstone, Kent, UK, in 2004, and have since run a private practice in West Cork. My training includes postgraduate education in babies and children’s health, pregnancy care, women’s health (pelvic issues, emotional health, trauma), biodynamic osteopathy, and facial development, completed in the UK, France, Ireland, and the US.

Other Qualifications and Professional Development
Alongside my osteopathic training, I am a Level 3 Internal Family Systems (IFS) practitioner, certified mental health coach, and certified mindfulness meditation teacher (MMTCP). I integrate these modalities into my practice as needed, helping clients build physical and emotional resilience, regulate their nervous systems, and develop self-awareness for lasting well-being.

Who I Work With
I work with adults, children, and babies to address a wide range of physical, psychological, and emotional health concerns. Each treatment plan is tailored to the individual, supporting both physical and emotional healing.

My Approach
I focus on lasting health restoration, particularly for chronic conditions and emotional well-being. I integrate trauma-informed practices, Polyvagal Theory, IFS, coaching, and mindfulness to address both physical and emotional health. I do not specialise in the immediate treatment of acute injuries or emergency care.

My services are approved by all major health insurers, ensuring clients have access to comprehensive care.
